Popped in for a quick pint and stayed for four 😊 Rough and ready but great beer, attentive and polite staff, juke box on free play, I'll be back👍

Good local pub with friendly staff and customers

Lovely manager Sarah, always welcoming and down to earth. Decent prices, and good atmosphere. Have been a regular customer for a while now. Rare I'll go anywhere else. Nice pub. Hopefully the manager will stay on as it wouldn't be the same without her as she's great at the Job and keeps trouble at bay. Would recommend. :)

Popped into this pub whilst I had some time on my hands.
Only had a drink,but the people seemed friendly.
Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

Travelled from wales, bar lady was so friendly. The regulars played great music.

Great selection of beers and offers on shots are reasonably priced, all staff got lovely customer service and welcoming, weekend entertainment is good with a wide range of music and great atmosphere, will be using the Griffin more often especially with pool table and dart board in use 👍

Well what can I say my past experiences of the Griffin have not been the best I said I'd never use the place again but having been in there the past few weeks I can honestly say what a change great place lovely staff and so friendly I will certainly be visiting the Griffin alot more if I could could give more than 5 stars I would.

Lovely little pub with lots a warm feel, staff and managers are always welcoming and have always got a huge smile on their faces. Always clean and tidy and a good atmosphere

Great place, it is a small venue went in to check it out as I’d not been there before everyone was friendly and music was playing atmosphere was great, the building is beautiful as well! Enjoyed it here would recommend anyone to pop in and check the place out like I did! I’d imagine in the week it would be quite cosy as well! Shame I don’t live in the area anymore or I’d pop in more often!
