Wot can l say?! It's M&S plain and simple. Large store and lots of lovely things to look at and purchase. I saw more than a few items of clothing but didn't want to get carried away. The brolly selection was amazing and l couldn't choose between the compact auto or the large auto. The quality was superb and l have pay another visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this branch. Can't wait to go again.

My daughter and I Placed an order of party food, ready to collect from the M&S food hall, merry hill. Unfortunately the order had only just arrived to the store and wasn't ready, even though we had been notified that it was. We were helped by a lovely lady named Julia. She went above and beyond to help us in every way that she could! She substituted items that had not arrived on the delivery and offered us a free bottle of Prosecco to apologise for the inconvenience and wish my daughter a happy 21st birthday. Julia made our day with her lovely customer service and excellent readiness to help. We thank Julia for resolving a situation that was not her fault, and turning the day around with her kind and friendly personality. She is an absolute credit to your store!

Went in not realising it was closing in 15 minutes, and was in desperate need of a bra fitting service. Charlotte was very accommodating and helpful even though she was busy getting ready to close. With how late I went, Charlotte didn’t need to help me, therefore I really appreciate that she took the time out to do the fitting.
