Food was fresh, well prepared, hot, tasty and served quickly. Must give a shout out to 'Becky O', our waitress. She was just fabulous - Very attentive (despite being very busy), nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly, welcoming, genuine, down to earth, and really added to the enjoyment of our meal. She was uncommonly good. I don't very often gush about restaurant staff (it's all about the food for me!) but she really did stand out. Highly recommend this place 😊

As I went for an anniversary dinner date night, I had high expectations, and it did not disappoint. The food was lovely, the atmosphere was lovely and the servers (including robot servers) were also lovely. The food was a little highly priced, but that was to be expected from a restaurant such as this. The drinks on offer were also enjoyable and they have a wide variety on their menu.

Booked online and went straight in (when we came out there was a line to go in), got a good table. Friendly greeter and servers, especially Becky who was very helpful. We were intrigued by the remote control/electronic waiters but glad they were just supporting the staff. The food was reasonably priced as we shared a couple of courses and the food was hot and didn't take too long to come. I do wish we could get black pepper on the table but that's not a major issue. All the food was good, the service good and staff friendly. We did have Tesco vouchers to use so that convinced us to come but we enjoyed the experience and will be back.

My wife and 2 daughters popped in for dinner and it was a great experience. The food was very good, better than what you would expect from a chain brand. The staff were all excellent and interacted enough without bothering you. Robot waiters entertained the kids and it was a nice place to be. Well done.

What a lovely find, yes it’s a chain the staff training is excellent, asking when entering and when ordering if any allergy’s Lovely ambiance music playing but not so loud it took away from the conversation. Food was excellent for a chain restaurant fresh, perfect temperature and flavoursome. first visit today, definitely will be returning ☺️ Everything we had was tasty, hot, and flavoursome. only criticism was the bread that came with our starters (was way too hard - like eating a large crouton). Bit on the expensive side, but it was a birthday meal, so we had an excuse. loved the robot waiter - decor is very good. service was spot on. friendly & attentive and not too overpowering.

Bought my mom here Saturday for her Birthday lunch and we all had a lovely time. 4 of us had the 3 course set meal and it was excellent value for money. We also had one of the children's meals which my youngest daughter loved. Great portion sizes for a kids meal. Service was attentive but not over the top and our waitress was lovely. Kids loved the robots. Great novelty. Couldn't resist a dessert! Cookie dough was amazing! Restaurant very clean and decor was nice. We always have a good experience here. Menu suits everyone and a really relaxed atmosphere. Looking forward to our next visit.
