This is a great place to grab a quick snack before the cinema. You can order yourself or at the counter.Theres a wheelchair accessible car park and entrance .

Went with a friend for breakfast, and we both had pancakes and syrup, and I also had two hashbrowns. Trying to cut the pancakes with plastic cutlery was somewhat difficult as they weren't strong breaking one. The restaurant and toilets were very clean. The staff were very friendly, especially Annette.

Took my daughter there for lunch, I walked in and straight away server asked me if I needed help she served me very quickly and efficiently and all it all it was a good visit and experience

Sorry I forgot to post these from a couple of months ago during the school holidays.... we were running a summer camp for SEND and LAK young people and decided to treat them all with a McDonald's each for completing the weeks event.
We tried to order from a couple of other fast food retailers but to no avail due to the size of the order and delivery of the said order, but when we contacted the McDonald's branch in Castlegate Dudley they immediately said yes to the order!
Due to the size of the order I decided to call an UBER as I do not have a car and was worried about them refusing to deliver but that by the way.
Once I entered the very busy restaurant and introduced myself they immediately started to process my rather large order that took approximately 10 minutes to complete 😀😀🍔🍔🍔🍔🍟🍟🍟🍟🧋🧋🧋🧋.
Total around £90+ if memory serves lol
The staff were absolutely amazing and even helped me back to the taxi....!
With such a large order I was half expecting something to be wrong or missing when I returned to the group but everything was perfect 👌
Just wish to say a big thanks to all the staff at McDonald's Castlegate Dudley for all their help and helping the guys enjoy their last day with us... 😊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I've stopped eating regular mucky d's as I can't stand the taste of it anymore and none of the burgers look like what is being advertised?!
But you can't beat their breakfast meals.
Always taste freshly cooked and piping hot. Great polite service as always. Drive through was quick with no waiting around.
