Sat within 90 seconds. Booth, cutlery, glassware, floor etc very clean. Sat at table 20 which gave me a fantastic view or the wood/stone oven and the prep area where the chef's worked their magic! Music is varied but mostly the classics ranging from Sinatra to Fleetwood Mac. Jacqui the waitress (possibly the manager) is funny and personable. She gave us plenty of time to decide what we would like to order. Joined in with some banter. Was very attentive to other customers also. Watched as she resolved a minor issue at another table with professionalism and speed. During out visit a family came in and it was brilliant to see Jacqui treat the kids as valued customers as much as the adults they were with! Food ordered 12.25pm: Starters arrived at the table at 12.39 Garlic prawns. Prawns are so fresh they taste like they were in the water 2 hours ago! The garlic and oil they were light and fragrant. Dumplings and garlic butter. Dumplings are light and fluffy with just enough chew. Cannoli and black and blue burger arrived at our table at 13.00 with an advisory of hot plate with the cannoli. Not everyone takes the time to look after their customers like that! Now the Black and Blue burger was 'yum!' After more probing I have been told it was succulent. The burger was constructed so that you could taste every flavour of each ingredient, the most bland ingredient was the lettuce and even that could be tasted. It was fresh and delicious! The cannoli was something to behold! I have never eaten anything like it before. The pasta was al dente, the ricotta was rich and creamy, the spinach fresh and tomato sauce was so rich and warm! Definitely going again!

The paper straws aren't that bad. The paper straws are better and more durable than McDonald's as they don't become soggy quickly. Also when I was served sweet potato chips, they looked like mighty eagle's beak from angry birds. UPDATE: I just went today again and it was good as usual until a large aggressive cup of diet coke for no reason spew all over me. The next time I come back here, I will get a smaller cup.

We came in for breakfast 2 seniors from South Africa. We met a real gentleman Gary that took our orders. The breakfast was great and our waiter Gary even made the time to have a chat with us and made us feel really at home. Very affordable great atmosphere clean and friendly staff. We loved the country music that plays really made us long home. Thank you Gary and Frankie & Benny's for starting our day off well

Good food in here, good service too. Chilli Ribs are amazing, Pizza a bit disappointing... Hawaiian......Pineapple chunks hard and tasteless, ham not much flavour either...usual reason is cheap ingredients...whats the point, charge an extra quid and use better ingredients. Dominos Pizzas are the same...average taste. Desert good... overall a good experience and service but better quality ingredients needed...

Can not fault this place at all. Its amazing. Fast service (during a peak time), food was great, colouring in for the kids and balloons, great choice of menu, kids love the spaghetti and meatballs, burgers are top notch and so are the salads. Will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended to all ages.
