Was craving Chinese food during our roadtrip in Scotland and so glad to find this gem. Cantonese-style cooking but it has been localised so don't expect authentic Hong Kong style here. Me and my husband were the only Asians when we visited for dinner on a Saturday (Easter weekend). Called about half hour ahead to book a table. Owner was very friendly, offered chopsticks and more rice! I assume since we were Chinese, the owner did caveat to us that the sweet and sour pork was made with char siew meat, not the usual pork butt. Which was helpful to set our expectations!

Came across this lovely restaurant by chance when we were visiting Dunbarton. Our meal was delicious. There was plenty on the plates it was hot and very tasty. The take away service was extremely busy which is a good sign. We really enjoyed our meal in the restaurant. The service was good and we couldn't fault a thing. Excellant meal wish it was close to home in Doncaster

Chinese roast pork curry I had Friday night was the best meat dish I've had in a while and you get rice with it , bargain . It Arrived pipping hot in less than 20 mins , Salt and pepper chicken and chicken breast curry also very good . Mmmmmm

My ‘go to’ choice when I’m in the mood for a Chinese. Dennis & his team run a great outfit - foods always top quality and the restaurant inside is always clean & tidy. If you’re yet to try it then give them a go, you won’t be disappointed!

We found this little gem by chance and it is now on our list of good places to eat! The ambiance in relaxed, the setting is casual and the staff are helpful and non-intrusive. It is a busy little place and everyone is welcome. The food is great and reasonably priced. The menu consists of typical western- orientated dishes and the staff are happy to amend according to taste. Our party of three paid £36 for 3 dishes and sides from the main menu excluding drinks.

Food at the Jasmine was served fast and well presented. Limited selection of drinks, no Blue WKD etc. I have rated here a few times, foods well priced and never been disappointed. Good value for money, I will visit here again.

I had a bad experience with Chinese cuisine last year and have struggled eating it since but I had no problem wolfing into the food from here. The egg fried rice is just to light and fluffy and the satay sauce was amazing! Also called a few time for delivery now and service has been very efficient and quick each time.
