Visited yesterday for first time in ages nice big store lots of choice. And was clean you should send the manager to the Clydebank one was in there last week and be back it's very empty shelves and dirty

A good big store with a wide variety of stock, also a fair amount of empty shelves. The checkout is good, I particularly like the scan and go, one improvement that could be made is digital receipts in the same way Lidl does.

Asda grocery home delivery..as a disabled customer I I heavily depend on my shopping being delivered and the customer service I receive from asda Dumbarton is absolutely outstanding 👏 before during and after lockdown the staff especially the delivery team go above and beyond I have not had a single problem with any of the team members and the Dumbarton store should be recognised for its outstanding care of its housebound customers. My niece fell yesterday when scootering in Helensburgh. A lovely asda delivery man with a red mohican stopped his van and got out his first aid box to help us. I don't know how to contact him to thank him 😊

Large supermarket with great choices. This is one of the larger Asda stores I have visited although others have more floorspace due to the fact they have two floors.this is the first time I have come across Asda having concession stands to other retailers in the middle of the store.nicely laid out and plenty of space, also well stocked.

The staff member behind the till looked offended that we were shopping and like they'd never seen anyone buy food before but in the end had a really good character arc and by the end and shared a laugh or two. I love a plot twist.
