Very busy.
Toilets inside.
Tables inside and out.
20 minute queue for basic food and drinks.
Breakfast roll was a little dry.
They had run out of Ruby hot chocolate, and squirty cream, and we only asked for 3 things!!
Its ok but service needs to be better. If you're a busy place you need to prepare for this beforehand.

Went to try the new maple and Hazel ,very nice have it in doors extra hot with the cream and sprinkles tastes like Autumn. 👍

Friendly staff and reasonably quick service even though quite busy. M&S food served here also. Tables could be cleaner, but I think they were very busy at time.
Toilets clean and nice fresh smell due to room deoderiser on wall, up high.
Tables and seating also available just outside too, but showery weather so everyone flocked inside.
I would recommend though.

We went here hoping to get some quick to eat but service was so slow 20 mins for 2 cheese toasties and there was only 4 people in the cafe

Was absolutely jam packed due to comicon being on but it was great as all the staff were dressed up. The coffee mug was huge! The pastries nice and the toasty was okay too.
Good service and they did well to keep on top of cleaning up after folks. Considering how busy it was. I would go again.

Nice and spacious with a fair bit of sitting area. A very busy store and the staff do work quickly to serve the customers. Other than that, it's a fairly standard Costa chain; coffee, tea, cakes, muffins, sandwiches etc.
