We ordered via the mcdonalds app tonight and when our food arrived the wee mans happy meal was missing last time I called about a similar issue I was given horrible attitude on the phone and told if the driver brings it he brings it if he doesnt he doesnt, but this time the member of staff couldn't have been any nicer he told me "if the driver can't bring it I will see if one of my colleges can it should be with you within 10-15 mins if ur okay to wait" not even 15 mins later a girl in a mcdonalds uniform arrived with the wee mans happy meal I asked her if she knew who took the call and she said Reece so thank u to Reece for the outstanding customer service its nice when staff members go above and beyond and he certainly did that. Kindness costs nothing 😁

We eat at McDonald's more than I'd care to admit but normally it is purely for convenience and not because we enjoy it. We've just moved to this area and this is the best McDonald's we have eaten in years. Food has always been hot, well seasoned and delicious which is rare these days at other branches!

Best Mucky Donald's I've had in a very long time. As a franchise operation, you would expect standards should be maintained at all sites, but Dumfries' was way above what I've become accustomed to. Admittedly, my expectations are low when I go into a Mucky Donald's, but still nice to be pleasantly surprised.
