In terms of cleanliness, it's not bad, although like all McDonald's in the UK, it still falls short of European standards. Very long wait times, especially after the order is displayed on the ready-for-collection list.
Ordered McSpicy and received a (super lame) M chicken sandwich in a McSpicy box. Very frustrating as we don't do McDonalds and this was a much anticipated treat. Spoke to customer services (crappy bot) and they were not helpful.
