Marwick's Vegan Kitchen

Marwicks provided catering for our evening wedding reception in August. Lois was great from start to finish and such a gem! The food was absolutely delicious and great value for money. Our guests especially loved the orzo salad! Everything being vegan meant everyone could enjoy the food. They are also great at adapting to any allergies. We would 100% recommend Marwicks.

Marwicks Vegan Kitchen catered our Refugee Scotland Event for RSPB in Dundee. Not only was the food INCREDIBLE, the communication and enthusiasm from the owners was simply wonderful. Those who attended our event who were vegetarian or vegan really appreciated the consideration. Those who would usually eat meat were totally amazed at the flavours of this food. Lois and Mike took time to decide the food they would create for this event. Being an event for refugees in Scotland, they wanted to create meals that would give a taste of home whilst also having a Scottish fusion. We were truly blown away! Mike, the chef, delivered the food to our outdoor venue on the beach and was so kind and considerate. Lois had also included some chocolate which was much appreciated by the families attending. They also provided biodegradable plates and cutlery! I am sure We will be using Marwicks Vegan Kitchen for all future catered events.

I have been to plenty of vegan restaurants in Glasgow, London etc. but I can honestly say that Marwicks outshines them all. The unbelievably tasty food is complemented by friendly staff, a nice interior and all-round good vibes. I can safely say that this is the best lunch you're going to find in Dundee, no matter what your dietary preference is. Hope to see this place prosper as it's just what the city needs.

We have been trying to have lunch here for ages but it's always so busy. Turns out that's for good reason. We finally got our lunch, had the "beetroot bomb" and wow. Totally delicious! There's loads of choice on the menu and most of it you wouldn't even realise was vegan. The portions sizes were very good, so often places like this serve tiny portions but not here. You definitely get your money's worth.

The food in this place is amazing, the decor is earthy, there's art everywhere and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The only problem is that they cater for the size of the dining room which is very small. There's almost always people waiting for a table and they are always running out of my first choice on the menu! I will try and get there just before the lunch rush next time I visit so I can get a table and the special before it runs out. I look forward to the day these guys get a bigger venue. I can really see them thriving in a place that's double the size.
