I’ve been here more times than I’m willing to admit but always surprised every-time with how amazing the food and service is! all staff are so helpful and chatty, came here for my 21st birthday with my family from Wales and they were really impressed by staff member Beth who even sang happy birthday with them for me :))) I recommend to everyone to try their gorgeous (and huge) cakes too!

I had a lovely meal at Kingsway farm in Dundee last weekend. The carvery was delicious and generous, with a variety of meats and vegetables to choose from. The price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and valued. The manager also came to our table to ask about our experience and to thank us for choosing their restaurant. The only downside was that the decor was a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, this did not affect the overall enjoyment of our meal. I would definitely recommend Kingsway farm to anyone looking for a good carvery in Dundee.
At time of writing and on weekend prices in total I spent £8.69 for the small Carvery and £3.49 for a two litre drink. All in all a fake price.
Kingsway Farm also halves a great selection of ice creams that can be seen from the bar area and also a great selection of cakes absolutely fantastic really enjoy the cakes even though I didn't have one on this occasion I have done in the past.
They also have a play area for kids and families. Can be busy at times due to popularity. You can book, but I've always just turned up as a party of 2 a few times. Easier enough to get a table and any wait I've ever had is within about 10-15 mind maximum. People are coming and going all the time. You shouldn't have a problem. You can book online if necessary.

Food was really good and staff were helpful. It was pretty quiet though hence the 4 star for atmosphere but it didn't take away from the taste of the food. Also has an amazing cake selection.
Good in most respects, although I didn't like the fact that I had to join the same queue at the bar, whether it was to order our meals or just get a couple of extra drinks. There should be separate ares to order food and drinks. Neither could I order the mains, then go back to order puddings, and finally, coffees, and then pay for everything. You have to pay every time you go to the bar, which is a pain and actually put me off queueing a third time for puddings.
Lovely meal, you could order table or up bar, we decided to go bar. Ordered Fish and chips, scampi and chips and we shared onion rings and coleslaw. The only down was so much staff on floor but only 2 behind the bar, the queue for ordering at bar was huge, felt alot staff just standing, noticed there's alot if tills behind bar so some should have come to help, apart from that it was lovely, we had to go back in queue to get my friend some cake when we where leaving.
The food was the nicest carvery I've ever had! And the staff including manager can't be faulted, very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this pub for drinks and food! Big shout out to the chef Billy and all the staff, great job.
My car was in BMW across the road and I had 2-3 hours to fill in. Came in @ 08:10 to see if they did breakfast. They did a great buffet breakfast. Could not fault it and very reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend to give this place a try. You will not be disappointed.
I have given a three for atmosphere but this is only because the place was quiet. There is background music playing which is relaxing.

I have a 22 year old daughter with ASD and is non verbal, it was my birthday and we decided to take the "kids" here for tea, as my daughter is not great with waiting, a carvery is spot on and it certainly was that night.
When I called to book on the day of, they were very patient and devoted to get us the right table that is most suitable for our needs, not too close to the kids area but in the family as we have a 15yo too.
When we got there, we were greeted right away and shown to our table, it was one we have used in the past and I was very happy with it, but we were told that if it wasn't, they would let us choose any other. Very understanding.
The carvery was lovely, carrots were at there best and the meats were all perfect, my turkey was lovely and moist. We had only a couple of people in front of us in the cue and were served really fast.
After we had finished we decided to get some cake away and were served fast again.
Staff made us feel very welcome and were attentive, we look forward to bringing the kids again soon.
Having so much understanding made it for us.
Food was ok small amount of meat with the carvery plus steak was grisly but the cakes where awesome 👌
It was a wonderful place to eat that my boyfriend and I stopped into by chance! The food was excellent and came very quickly. They also had a few good vegetarian options! We are both students and the prices were excellent, as well! Overall, it was lovely.
