Lovely coffee shop. Great staff and it makes a really good change to visit an independent retailer. Very safe and well worked out inside too. Highly recommended.
A nice and cosy place opposite bus station. Was nice and clean with lots of tables and sofas. It happened to be a quite time when we were there. We had cortado & caffè macchiato - overall good coffee but rather strong, so better have a single than double espresso etc. I will definitely come back some other time.

Fantastic coffee shop - spent many hours here working, and spending time with family. The atmosphere is very relaxed - its bright, comfortable with plenty of seating, and windows along one wall.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating, I've gotten to know them over the last couple of weeks using the venue for work. Coffee, food and cakes are great - lovely, homemade with a nice "homely" feel to them.
A very well laid out attractive place. The staff are attentive and helpful , it is clean and we felt very safe that all covid proofing was in place. A great selection of coffees and all sorts of special promotions on the go. We are going back next week. Well done to all.
I took my aunt here for afternoon tea last week and it was lovely. I had an itison voucher and was well worth it. Sandwiches were delicious and plenty filling, little cups of soup which we weren't expecting were lovely, huge scones with cream and blackcurrant jam and an assortment of little cakes and a pot of tea. Would highly recommend a visit. Staff we're very attentive.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in on the day it opened. I ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate which were both just amazing, not just in taste but, in how they were presented too.
I’ve been in there everyday since it opened, to grab my morning coffee on the way to work and I shall continue to do so.
All the staff were so friendly and cater to my every need and it’s nice to see that the manager (David) is working alongside his employees, offering help and support.
If you haven’t already been to Coffee HQ, I would highly recommend you do so.

A very enjoyable cup of coffee served by friendly & welcoming staff. Very handy for when I have time before catching my bus from the Seagate Bus Station opposite. Thouroughly recommend it.
