Nice restaurant connected to the landmark hotel. We had our dinner here during our stay. The service is a bit clumsy, but well-intended. The prices of the mains are very reasonable and the dishes are tasty and well prepared. I had the beef stew ( excellent) and my friend the fish and chips (okay).

Great place to wander, with or without dogs and kids. Local history to be seen here include the shell hoosie, Lady Kennedy's Bath, ice house. Wildlife such as deer, buzzards, herons etc can be seen. Lots of fairy houses to be seen as well.
Friendly staff, decent food well prepared but for the price the portions feel unnecessarily small.
