Gets a 4* because it cost me over £20 for regular fries, a small burger and a milkshake, and as good as it was (and it was really tasty) it's so unbelievably overpriced it's crazy, if I took my family of four there you're talking over £100 for lunch and that's not going all out!! Sort your prices out Five Guys!! Sheesh!!

Bit pricey but very good burgers, fries and shakes. Never too long a wait either

Everything is made to order, fresh and juicy burger, free toppings, drink with refills option. A bit pricey, but if you think that all the ingredients aren't frozen, then it's not too bad.

First ever visit, happy to go back. Staff were friendly, food (bacon burger and a grilled cheese, fries) was freshly made, hot and extremely tasty.
Will not be last visit.

1st time eating there loved the thick milkshake far better than Ronald Mc, ordered double cheese burger and large fries to share struggled to finish the fries which were really hot and way better than the fast food outlets

Typical "5 Guys" experience: "Expensive, but worth the visit." Ordered bacon burger and cajun fries which came in a massive, greasy bag (funny, but also a pain sometimes), and my partner ordered a hotdog meal too. The food was extremely good, the milkshakes were top quality, and the ability to mix flavours together was even better (banana and strawberry together were neat). Would certainly love to go again, but it's a bit pricy on the wallet, so you can't go too often.

It's expensive but tastes just like a traditional American burger should. First time I've been, doubt I'll go again due to the cost but definitely worth trying.

Any time you mention you’ve never been to Five Guys, the typical response is “it’s pretty expensive, but very good burger”. Today was my first time trying Five Guys and it is indeed pretty expensive, but also a very good burger.
I had the bacon cheeseburger which cost around about £10.50. Fries were something like £3.75 and given the price and time of day (lunch so wasn’t massively hungry) I decided to go without.
The wait was a little longer than I expected, but not ridiculous. I guess ultimately they’re making the burger to order which is good, but it’s still relatively fast (7-10 mins tops).
The burger was lovely although I’m not sure it justifies the price tag. I think you probably can get a burger if this quality for less. You can pick whatever toppings you want so I went for grilled onions which they were very generous with.
The bacon was a little crispy for my liking, but I’m very conscious this is how most people like their bacon so that’s fair enough.
I’m glad I tried it, and it was definitely enjoyable but I don’t see it as someplace I’d visit often given the hefty price.

Popped in to get a milkshake for grandson. Great service, friendly staff. As for the milkshake... It was really thick and absolutely delicious.

Kids very happy. My veggie sandwich was lame compared to a previous visit. Mainly fried onion and bit of green pepper and mushroom with lettuce. Previously had really enjoyed the veggie option.
