This place has become shocking recently. I tried to order a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato in place of meat. A few months back, this would've been fine. The balding old manager at the till suggested I pay £5 for a Big Mac instead so I could get lettuce (still no tomato mind you). Never coming here again.

This place is like a meetup place for teens. Half my order was messed up rude teenagers shouting and vaping. After I got my order fixed the food was decent but the place is just so overwhelming.
At this point it's not even fast food -- I had to wait 20 mins for a bacon and egg McMuffin -- it's not even that difficult of an order!! There isn't any point in a McDonald's anymore if you're waiting the same amount of time you'd be waiting at a normal cafe but for very mediocre food.
