Had freshest of food with a delicious double 1/4 meal. Not too busy at late afternoon, had a great catch up chat with comfort.

We had more issues with getting a table at Giovannis than any other hotel we stayed at. Staff on the other hand were fabulous. Wasn't happy to have to go buy my own fan. Room got stuffy. Was difficult getting luggage to our rooms. Doors at ends of each hallway for several lengths. Gave an 80's ski resort vibe for the 2020's.

Today I went in for dinner with my family and I am very satisfied with the service. As soon as we entered the restaurant the employee named Andy who greeted us with a smile, making us feel welcome. When we had an issue with our order he was quick to correct it and made it a pleasant experience for us. Thank you Andy for the amazing service you delivered us!

Went for a coffee at 4am as I was unable to sleep. Staff were brilliant and even gave me a large coffee, since I couldn't sleep. If only more people were like that, the world would be a better place

Staff were brilliant. I ordered food to collect at the counter. As A staFF member was walking around the restaurant, she noticed I had 2 kids and offered table service. It was a lovely touch, very considerate. We then talked about families for a couple of minutes before being left to enjoy our meal.
