Really nice interior, nice to visit a casino that isn’t just rammed with games and has nice places to relax and pool tables. Had an issue with linking my membership to the app that couldn’t be resolved by anyone there but other than that was a great experience

Relaxing atmosphere. Croupiers very patient fir the first time players. One star dropped. New bar staff 1st day in job. Supervision was lacking. Poor chap wasn't his fault. We all have to learn

Every time I go here there's always menu items unavailable, the service is terrible, and the food not much better. In comparison to Luton G it's like it's run by a different company. But I don't go specifically for the food but for the poker, which needs a better waiting list system on the cash tables.
UPDATE: (2 stars up to 4 stars) Here again a couple of years later and delighted to see the fillet steak back on the menu. It was amazing, cooked to perfection, dearest meal on the menu yes but top quality. Still not got a good system for cash poker waiting lists though
