Tried this place today for their fish and chips.
Wish I hadn’t bothered, both pieces of fish were very dry and didn’t smell at all appealing, chips weren’t much better being stodgy and lacking flavour. Certainly won’t be going back, save your money and go elsewhere.
Used to be a regular customer but this place has ‘gone down hill’ on all aspects. Ordered a red pudding supper, portion of beans and also fritters for collection and advised to pick up in 20mins. My wife went to pick it up and the total …
Had to wait as it’s cooked fresh and that is fine. Had a white pudding supper. Quite nice. £8.00. Prices looked reasonable. Staff very friendly.
2nd time we've been here.....not sure why we went back as the food was terrible again - and super expensive. 2 small fish suppers (1/2 a small fillet) and a smoked sausage supper - £26..... Needless to say I won't be back - this was all cooked freshly as well but just really poor offerings.

We had 2 fish suppers and curry sauce and it was delicious. Cooked fresh to order. The batter in the fish was really tasty. Highly recommended
