A must-visit for fans of the name and great service!
I couldn’t resist visiting because of the name—Bruce Tavern! It turned out to be a fantastic stop, with excellent service, a great selection of drinks, and friendly locals. If you’re in Dunfermline, definitely make sure to check it out!
Stopped off for a drink while in city centre.. lovely friendly pub. Music loud enough to hear but still able to comfortably talk..

A very quaint old pub with such a relaxed atmosphere. Everyone I saw were friendly and the bar staff lovely. Prices very good too. So if you want to have a relaxed drink in the City of Dunfermline go there. …
Popped in one evening had a decent bit Craic, however as it was bitterly cold that evening not to many people around the city that night.. So shall reserve judgement for another day (possibly in the summer) Next year Ale was decent tho... D
This is a no frills pub but has a very charming appeal. Popped in here for a snifter before going on to a restaurant for a meal with work colleagues. The Guinness was really nice and the staff were very friendly. It's definitely a locals pub but that said we didn't feel that we were unwelcome in there.
