Great tasting burgers. One of the burgers did come out raw initially, which really put my partner off, but the manager was straight out to apologise, and a replacement was promptly given.

There's a lot of competition for gourmet burgers these days but Smashburger really is good. A decent selection of burger types, lots of fresh ingredients & generous portions, all reasonably priced for a cuisine which is often overcharged.

The order app crashed twice on me so had to go to the till, not a biggie but annoying nonetheless when hungry. Good food, fresh and tasty and loved the range of drinks, Strawberry Dr Pepper immense !

Was out shopping with husband when we decided to stop for some lunch. It was empty when we went in anc was shiwn to a seat right away and menu explained to us. The place filled up quite quickly after we arrived. Our order was placed at thd counter and arrived approx 10 mins later i got the crispy chicken smash burger with fries, husband got the oaklahoma burger with fries. Both were really goid and quite big portions aswell. Recommend you try here

We had a nice burger here, it was tasty and cooked well, although the burger that came to the table wasn't quite identical to its picture on the menu ( it looked a bit smaller, maybe an optical illusion by the photographer). There was plenty of seating available during our visit. We were greeted at the door by a server and taken to a table ( which was a bit wobbly, the Allen screws fixing the table to the wall, require tightening, first booth on the left as you go in ). We were told we could order by the QR code on the table or go up to the counter and order at the till. We used the till. We ordered our burgers, sides, and drinks. There were no lattes on the menu, so we got bottled juice. The portion of chips you get is very generous. Overall, it was a very nice experience a bit more expensive than other similar establishments, but I felt the food was of a better quality. The servers were polite, prompt, and well presented, even checking up during the meal to make sure things were OK, a nice touch.

Was staying at the Premier Inn so decided to try Smashburger was not disappointed the service was really good and friendly 👌 the food didn't take long my Bacon double cheese Burger and fries was really good 👍 would definitely recommend it 😀

Looks great inside staff were awesome.. only thing is its abit on the expensive side for a burger and chips.. apart from that really good!!

Food always good, service good. Cater well for gluten/ dairy free and vegans too. Only negative is the drinks fountain drinks are not all available ( caffeine free coke being my favourite in the evenings) and sometimes too weak. Other than that good selection of food for a burger place .

We love going here as a family. The burgers are delicious. My son especially likes the dirty tatter tots. Bit pricey but you get what you pay for, so nice for a treat. We went here for my 12 year old son's birthday dinner - his choice.

Had take out, no dogs allowed inside and weather wasn't great. Burgers were fantastic and portions for chips were massive. Much much better than McD!
