The most friendliest place I have visited on a night away. They did make me feel uncomfortable yet made me feel like I've been living here my whole life. Definitely recommend this place. I will be visiting again when I am next up 👌.

Stopped for lunch with the dog, food was really good, cheesy garlic bread and steak pie were brilliant, dog was welcome and was given a bowl of water and a pet. Everyone was happy.

I'm a big fan of local pubs, specifically ones that have a retro or slightly divey flair, the important thing is good food, good prices on drinks and friendly staff. This place has it!

We went to Cottars today 7th May we had starter and main and a few drinks food was fantastic and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely recommend Cottars to our friends

Good wee local pub for a quick lunch if need be. Been there a few times, food is alwas well prepared, portions are not huge, so even if it is pub food, you do not eat too much:)
