We went in to get advice for my 15 year old daughter for skin care. Jackie on the Clarins counter was fantastic
She gave us samples to try which led onto us buying the products for my daughter. Very knowledgeable of her products. Nothing too much trouble. Jackie was happy to spend the time with said daughter and we didn't feel rushed.

Debenhams has always been a nice shop to visit and if not shopping you can just browse or have a cuppa. Some good sales before summer and winter too! Staff great! Always on the go and always friendly. Well done folks!
I Was in the store buying shoes. Janet served me and i have to say, her customer service skills were excellent. She was full of the cold but did a first class sales pitch on me. First person to ever get me to open up a stores card. Excellent service. Thanks 😍💗
Although a smaller store than some others it has a good selection of quality brands. It also has a very good restaurant as well as a coffee shop. Staff are very helpful. Some areas can appear a bit difficult to navigate around in a wheelchair.
Spacious store , well laid out. Pleasant helpful staff. I read 16 stores are to close in Scotland. Really hope Dunfermline is not one of them! It would be a big lose,especially as it's the anchor store in the Kingsgate. At the moment it looks really lovely with all the Christmas displays.
We have twice ordered currency from their Travel Money Bureau. The rates were the best we found, plus we got a £5 voucher money off when you spend £20.. It had to be used on the day but we easily spent that.
Possibly the nicest store in Dunfermline.
