At the main entrance free cash machine, across the reception there are couple of vending machines for hot drinks and sweets, there is a Aroma coffee bar as well. Hospital nicely clean and tidy. Separate disabled entrance. This hospital has 3 floors accessed by lifts and stairs. Mandatory Facemask due to COVID reasons. Toilet facilities on all floors. Helpful and friendly nursing staffs. Ample amount of parking spaces including disabled and parents parking. This hospital also has a nice wee garden for their patients.

I have recently attended the Minor Injury Unit due to a burnt on my face. I didn’t use NHS for few years as I have private insurance, however I am very pleased with the way I was treated both times I had to go. Excellent service care, friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you very much for your amazing service care ❤️

The staff at the Endoscopy Unit provided a truly excellent service. The receptionist, nursing staff and doctors were all pleasant in manner which lent itself to a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were informative, helpful and courteous and are to be commended for their endeavours.

I had to attend for a CT scan on Wednesday 22/06/22 I was early but was taken immediately as usual my veins caused problems to insert the cannula but the lovely lady who attended me had such patience & was so kind, she put me at ease & was so gentle I think she was called Anne Karen or Karen Anne. The radiographer was also lovely. When the NHS in Scotland is having such a hard time I can only thank god they employ such professional people who do care about their patients 5 stars for QMH Dunfermline

So lucky to have our local hospital just 10 minutes drive away. Staff very caring and helpful. Pity we need to go to Kirkcaldy to the National Treatment Centre for follow up care.

Always have had a good experience, the breast care unit nurses are fantastic, especially Lucy C in the day unit. Amazingly caring and thoughtful and very efficient. Can’t be more grateful for all the care Lucy and others provide me with on my frequent visits, thank you!

Minor Injuries. Attended here with a knee wound from a mountain bike accident. I was seen by a nurse ( Lindsay), xrayed and stitched up in under a few hours. Given excellent care and kept informed. Well done everyone and thank you. I had to return a few days later after this cut turned out to be infected, I was checked then referred to ward 33 Victoria in Kirkcaldy where they carried on the amazing care and help. Thank you.

I regularly attend this hospital for routine diabetic eye screening, and other appointments and scans. Staff are friendly and attentative. The hospital is spotlessly clean and all efforts are made to keep you safe from infections with regards Covid or other bugs. I have only good things to say about the hospital and its staff. Waiting times have been, in general, very good.

Very nice hospital with plenty of parking space. Reception staff are very helpful and there is also a very nice cafe which also does food and drink to take away. The hospital is located just a 5 minute walk from the train station

The Margret Hospital is the Queen Margret Hospital. It is not a separate hospital or department.
