I went, with family, to have breakfast on what was a first visit in quite a while. First impression was great noticing the restaurant has been refurbished in superb style. Improved layout, comfortable seating and subsequently the much improved service. Food and drink of course is still excellent. I reckon I'll become a more regular visitor again.

After I moved to the UK from Canada, I missed Timmies so much, now that I moved to Scotland and saw Tim Hortons, it just made me love Scotland even more, the service and quality is as good as it was in Canada and the prices are amazing as well

Tim hortons has some very good products, I personally really like the French vanilla latte, I get myself up and it tastes great. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. I always get very fast service.

Food here is quite good, however the portion sizes are smaller in comparison with other food chains especially in comparison with prices. That being said, the quality is very good and worth returning for.
The coffee, in my opinion, is just as good as Starbucks, just with a way smaller menu or variation of drinks choices. I have now switched from Starbucks to Tim's and don't think I'll go back.
The eatery is quite spacious and welcoming; music, heating, and always busy. The only issue is the cleanliness; the tables aren't cleaned quick enough when a customer leaves and I have had to request a table be cleaned or cleaned one myself.
Overall, the food and coffee are great and it a great place to study and relax.

Nice clean environment. Staff really friendly and patient, did find the coffee somewhat bitter but have had other drinks and they were fine. Would recommend going early to see the full range of doughnuts.

Tim Hortons provided a clean environment for myself to sit in for some lunch and a lovely hot chocolate. The staff were very attentive and the service was quick yet very efficient. The food quality is great and very tasty and is affordable.

Lovely friendly service. The food was good and the restaurant clean. We always stop for a Timmies whenever we get a chance. It gives us a little taste of home and the kids love it. If you want some of the best tasting donuts in the UK, this is the place to visit.
