What’s the point of a drive-through if you’re asked to pull up and wait, even for a Coke? The whole idea is speed and convenience, but that clearly isn’t happening here. If a simple drink can’t be handed over at the window, the drive-through might as well not exist.

I ordered a wrap without bacon, but it still came with bacon. Thankfully we noticed before eating it. When I told the staff, there was no real apology, just treated like it was a normal mistake. I then had to wait again for another wrap to be made. Very disappointing experience.

Called in as just off the motorway, it was freezing inside and I asked one of the staff" has the heating broke" and she shrugged her shoulders and said "we don't set the temperature" Then they served me with a sorry looking burger. Have to say it tased better than it looked but not the best experience.

The app for some reason messed up my order. The drive thru number didn't work and the app then gave another number. Staff were fantastic in resolving the Saturday morning issue!
