We have been customers for a long time and usually get what we came for and the cafe is good too.

Great for shopping , typically well stocked with healthy plants. The cafe can be busy on a weekend, and after a few visits have come to expect pretty slow service in the cafe and about a 10% chance of them messing up the order. Good for a coffee and a scone but a bit of a risk to order anything more complicated! The cafe is overpriced , but reasonable with a dobbies card.

A lovely location, with great breakfast. First time trying the lovely potato cake. Swings are close to the cafe so ideal for young families. Service was impeccable and does the restaurant proud.

We had lunch in the cafe as 45 mins wait in restaurant (3 adults and 2 children). Sandwiches were good and pleased with gluten free sandwich and also children’s boxes. Cakes were also very good but disappointed to eat with cardboard knives and forks. Would have given 5 stars if proper cutlery.

Massive indoor and outdoor garden centre.
So much choice and variety of products.
Plenty of free car parking outside.
They even have a great fish department with both aquarium and pond fish and supplies.

I have visited Dobbies many times but only to buy plants. Recently I started to use the restaurant and cafe and became addicted.
Someone told me about Dobbies plus card and I joined couple of days ago. You get two free ☕ per month and that is fantastic..I have been going weekly for coffee and now I will get two cups for free.
There is also an area where you can bring your dog in which is handy for some people who can't leave their dogs alone at home for one reason or other.
Overall nice atmosphere, friendly staff and tasty cakes.

Great food at great prices and the staff are lovely. We regularly go for breakfast or a spot of lunch and there's a Girl called Gabi and a boy called Lennon who's customer service is second to none! She's great with the children and nothing is too much trouble.

Visited on Friday. Wide variety of healthy plants for sale and aisles well spaced. Spent nearly £80 on food items. Disappointed by woman on check out who hurtled everything through so fast and wouldn't put things directly into our empty shopping bags. Charged more than shelf price for 5 items.
