Great quality food. Prices are not bad- you get what you pay for. Staff are helpful and friendly. I gave this a 5 star rating because I have never had a problem with this store, the taste and quality of the food, and the quality of clothing are excellent.

I have always found the staff here to be very helpful and friendly especially in the care. Over Christmas though I feel they should have had more staff on duty

M&S Dunfermline nice little store with friendly helpful staff. The variety of styles and colours of the clothes in this store can sometimes be very basic but easy to order anything .

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious premises. The cafe is fabulous. Inexpensive and has great scones. All my interactions in this shop with the staff have been positive. I've been a few times now, including solely to use the cafe and everytime I've left feeling rebooted and ready to look around the shop.
There are toilets facilities including a baby change. Also high chairs available in the cafe.
Marks and Spencer accommodates completely for a wheelchair user in all areas that everyone else is privy to.
Relaxed atmosphere, I can spend ages shopping as I don't feel harassed and I take my time, especially with my lunch in the cafe prior to my shop.

The same as any other Marks & Spencer. Lovely food, although a bit pricey for certain things. The meal deal for 2 is a great deal, if you like what they have to offer. Their clothes are getting very old fashioned, or for the older generation. They don't have a wide range of clothing for young, trendy mothers. And again overpriced for a lot of their handbags, shoes & clothes range
