Kfc Dunfermline

Was in Kirkcaldy kfc a few weeks ago was so disappointed so was reluctant to try Dunfermline kfc but my great grandson decided what a pleasant surprise food was excellent even gravy was the best I have had in ages so think Dunfermline need to tell Kirkcaldy their secret down to toilets in kdy were disgusting but spotless in Dunfermline

I always visit here whenever I visit Dunfermline. Good parking facilities, dining area was always clean. Response from team members is also good. Same as like any other KFC, toilets maintenance was not good. It was a good place for stopover if you are travelling from Edinburgh to Dundee, Perth, and other northern places. It was located just a side of M90 and A92.

this branch somehow caught me off-guard as usually KFC is not really famous from their good quality and i hade a very mixed experiences regarding them. you know when you order food and part of it cold, the fries are soggy, the burger is falling apart? that's what i learned to expect from KFC. then we came to this branch and keep coming back. seriously, the fries are always crispy, the chicken is always juicy, and the food is always delicious. the chicken in the burger is hot and fresh, which i never experienced in any other KFC, this must be some dark magic that only they know in the whole franchise. I don't know how they do it, but they never disappoint me. This is the best KFC i ever been to and I'm not exaggerating.

We had a drive through lunch here to avoid the self service ordering screens which now seem to be a feature in fast food outlets. We enjoyed our food in our car in the carpark. The carpark has sufficient spaces We are disappointed with KFC's policy of not providing the option of purchasing regular cola as we do not like the taste of diet fizzy drinks and do not consume them. We paid a visit to the accessible washroom. Although there is a fairly level access into the restaurant negotiating the entrance doors with a wheelchair was a little difficult. The washroom although clean and modern lacked a handrail on 1 side of the toilet making access on and off it difficult.
