cozy place, small terrace. Nice selection of cakes and hot food. Good place for a cup of tea after a visit to the cathedral.

What a place in a small town. We were on for a road trip from Edinburgh to Inverness and stopped there for breakfast. Coffee was amazing and strong exactly what I like. Their cake selection was pretty good and friendly staff. The town itself is serene and beautiful. Loved that place. Everything looked fresh and whatever we ordered was really good. Place is clean and cozy.

Delicious. Quick stop in out of the freezing wind. Decided to have lunch...Broccoli soup for me and Mac Cheese for the Big man. Simple food but so flavoursome and filling. For afters, a slice of Victoria Sponge for him and I had the most amazing Apple & Cinnamon Cake with a light Italian meringue topping. The staff were lovely with great service. If we ever come back to Dunkeld we will eat here again ♡

We saw the sign outside this cafe which proudly stated 'dog friendly' and dairy free available. Perfect we thought and made a detour to park 3 cars within a short distance of the cafe in the pouring rain to drag 3 children under 2, 6 adults and the dog into the cafe. The breastfeeding mum of our party happily ordered her dairy free hot chocolate and we all sat down. Unfortunately a waitress then came over and informed us that the dog was not allowed. But the sign out side says dog friendly? The waitress explained that there was actually only 2 small tables in a segregated section of the cafe where you could have the dog. We would have to squeeze our party round these tables (with 3 children?) or we would have to remove the dog. I was furious, we had made a special effort to come to this cafe as it advertised everything we needed. We chose to leave despite having to pack up the children again and were lucky to find a wonderful restaurant further down the street (The Meeting Place) that were more than accommodating with excellent food and top notch service. The icing on the cake was when we went to pay for the hot chocolate we had already ordered. One small cup, £4! Definitely not worth it. I think you should consider removing the sign outside because as far as we were concerned it was false advertising.

Great tearoom, friendly staff, the cafe was lovely and cool to say it was so hot today. A vegan cake option was available, plant milk option for our exceptional coffee. I recommend a visit. We will visit again next time we're in Scotland.

Felt disappointed by the cafe and that it was a little overpriced. We were surprised at the lack of kids options - in the end we were charged £4.50 for a plain ham sandwich for my 4year old and an extra 50p to have a few crisps on her plate. The soup was good but the bread it came with was a little burnt. Sorry not to be able to give better feedback.

Lovely breakfast (with a very generous helping of bacon), plus a wonderful slice of homemade salted caramel chocolate cake. Visited as a party of four whilst on a camping trip in Dunkeld, and all were unanimous in their praise for the food and drink on offer. Highly recommend.

This is a little cosy gem of a place to get your soup, sandwich and coffee. This is a busy location and I understand why: This cafe excels in large pieces of freshly made cake (at a price). A great selection of cakes, Victoria sponge, coffee, lemon, carrot, chocolate and more. All freshly made. They even do cakes to go. Friendly staff.
