I really can't understand where all of the negative reviews are coming from for this Chinese?
I have eaten at this Chinese around three times and have always had lovely cooked Chinese meals.
The only downside is the length of time it takes for your order to be made. With one hour not been unusual for a wait. I suppose the weight demonstrates that they are cooking things from fresh?
Yes there is better Chinese but there is a lot worse too.
Give it a go I'm sure you will agree that is perfectly acceptable.

Their stuff isn't bad, but it's far from the best oriental restaurant I've used.
Be careful if you're diabetic - they seem to use a lot of syrup in their sauces.

Best chinese in Duns! The lovely lass, Rachael, was amazing! She was great to chat to while I waited on my takeaway 😁 The food was awesome! Love the salt and pepper chicken!

Yum! The perfect spot when craving Chinese food on a cold, rainy night. For a very reasonable £17 We had a mountain of food: crispy noodles, egg fried rice, prawn toasts, sweet and sour chicken and crispy chilli beef. There would have been leftovers but we were so hungry we scoffed the lot!
Service was really friendly and our food was ready in 15 minutes - Just enough time for a quick drink at the pub. We'll definitely be back!

Definately the better Chinese in Duns. We used to go to the other before it changed hands and really only started going to China Palace about 3 years ago.
We love the sweet and sour chicken, noodles and the appetizers. Tasty food and very well priced!
