Great service every time with a big shout out to Emily, who is always so warm and welcoming. She seems to enjoy what she does and is a joy to be served by.
Drinks are always great with a good selection of good and especially vegetarian options.
The only downside is the size of the store as on cold days there isn't much seating inside and lots of people use the Starbucks door as an entrance and exit for Sainsburys.
Also.. the store always seems to play Ed Sheeran on loop 😑

Nice that it is situated in Sainsbury's so you can have a pick me up after your shopping. It is fairly small but tables are available inside and out. I've only visited a few times but each time service has been slow, maybe I've just been unlucky with the times I've gone

I usually come in once a week with and sometimes with my son, the staff are always so lovely and go the extra mile for the customers. They always make friendly conversation and remember regulars names 10/10 amazing staff here

Staff go above and beyond: when ordering and the delivery service messed up, delaying cold drinks more than an hour on a hot day, they called me directly and apologised, offering to remake them.
The staff are always lovely and have never had a bad drink from here. They must be incredibly busy, given the location, but they always take the time to do it right.

Slightly on the pricey side. Had run out of skimmed milk. Daughter likes it as it is quieter and not as cold as Costa at Next. Clean and tidy.
