I've been in a number of times and this has become my favourite place to sit and chill with a cuppa and a snack when I'm in Durham. Staff are always friendly, even when they're busy, and so far I've always found a seat so I can sit down to enjoy a relaxing break before continuing with my day.

Stopped in for a quick bite while killing time before an appointment. Service was very friendly, quick and efficient. Nice, sweet doughnut treat and a flat white coffee. Still think Greggs does the best coffee for the price. Will call again.
