Tonight I made a big mistake, I went to dominos. Ohhh how karma got me back, what a joke of an operation they have in Durham. Never again. They can't hold a torch to papa John's! I'll stay loyal from now on haha

First time ive ever used Papa Johns and I will be going back. The young lady on the phone who took my order was fantastic. Im isolating away from my children and wanted to send them a treat, she made sure both orders were sent out as soon as they had been made so I could have a facetime takeaway with my family. The quality of the food was exceptional as well as the prices. Then she told me it was 50% off the bill as I am NHS, which I was not expecting. Excellent Service right through. Thank you Papa Johns Gilesgate and thank you to the lovely girl who took my order. Youve definitely got a return customer!
