We were served by the lovely Ashley for majority of our stay , with help from Katy and Tyson fury lookalike . Always absolutely amazing service and communication. Yesterday they went above and beyond in my opinion. Myself and my partner were out for the day with our 5 month old but it's an absolute nightmare finding anywhere that either isn't ridiculously busy or just doesn't have any any facilities for baby changing.
We stopped by the branch, as the tables and chairs outside weren't being used and we needed to feed the little man. After this we really needed to change him and honestly for the life of us couldn't find anywhere else. A lovely Member of staff (Russ) was so extremely helpful and understanding and let us use the baby changing facilities even though we weren't staying for meals or anything like that.
Can't wait to visit again, actually have some food and hopefully be able to give Russ the proper thanks.

For late night food in Durham, this may not be the most authentic option … but it just may be the only option 🤣🤣 Bella took great care of me and didn’t act at all bothered that I showed up at 9:30 after all the pubs had stopped serving food, enthusiastic, attentive, and adorable. ❤️😘 Thank you for a late night mash and gravy, and a moment out of the rain.

Great food and Jamie who served us was great too! It was a very quiet Tuesday evening so extremely quiet, which is why the 3 stars for atmosphere, but that wasn't anyone's fault. As always the Fridays glaze was amazing!

Greeted by Reece who offered us a choice of seats. Decided to sit by the bar and he took great care of us. Good food and great service. Would certainly come back.

Lovely meal today we were served by Kaity who was super friendly and helpful! I accidentally split both sides of fries on the table and they replaced them! Will definitely be back!
