We had a lovely lunch here, food was superb especially the chilled Asian Beef noodles, great location and fabulous staff.

This is a cute place down on the water. When we arrived it says wait to be seated. No one ever looked over, so we just went to the bar and ordered.
Drink prices are on par with a posh bar in Durham but does have a nice outdoor area.
We will be back as we want to try the food.

Had an absolutely amazing whispering Angel bottomless brunch with friends to today and would totally recommend this. Definitely value for money, great venue, fantastic atmosphere and the best staff and management that make you feel so welcome. A definite must visit place if you are in Durham. 10 out of 10

Great calamari and spicy dip and Tequila Sunrise on a beautiful sunny day.
Another day I had pancakes with Marple syrup and bacon. A large cup of Earl Grey tea and a perfect latte.

Lovely outdoor seating next to the river. Service was very good and didn't have to wait too long for some food. Chicken strips were really good and fries were also good. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Food was fab ! Table service was a nice touch. Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Sunny day, sat outside, relaxing beautiful river view ! One of the nicer places we’ve frequented in Durham ! 🥂

Lovely little bar on the riverside. Afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve had! Cocktails were good quality and very nice 👍🏻 Definitely be back here 😊

Been here twice now for lunch/cocktails and have enjoyed both times. The 2-4-1 cocktails were delicious and brilliant value for money, and the food I had was really tasty. The riverside location is really nice to escape the hustle bustle of town and provides a calm atmosphere to catch up with friends. Would recommend!

Brilliant service, brilliant food and drinks. Fancied a Mr Porky burger but asked to pay the extra and have an additional burger! 2 for £10 on the cocktails at the time too so 2 with food but the real star of the show was the hazelnut espresso martini, cracking after dinner drink and staff more than happy to do stuff that isn't on the menu!
