Mediterra Grill

This place is delicious! It was my first time there and Karisa (or Tarisa - sorry, I don't know how to spell her name) took great care of us, helping us pick the perfect menu item for us both. I ordered the Chicken kabob wrap - holy chicken- it was so good! The chicken had such great flavor, was juicy and tasted fresh. My husband got the lamb shawarma wrap and the vegetables tasted like they'd been freshly picked and cut! We also ordered the Baklava and it was also an absolute favorite!!! Not to mention Oscar, the owner, is someone I worked with years ago at a different restaurant!!! I'm so happy he is the new owner of this place and the food is sooo delicious! Way to go Oscar! We will definitely be back....soon!

Extremely rude service, hung up the phone despite me asking politely the status of my order (which never came btw). This is the only restaurant I have ever reviewed on any site. I highly recommend the restaurant “International Delight” instead. If the Mediterra restaurant attempts to respond to this or see this message, please know that there is absolutely no excuse for your employee’s behavior, and to call yourself a decent restaurant is disgraceful. With any luck, this chain fails in the recent future. Your inability to provide official hours online, and to accept orders at times you are not even open, is evidence of your lack of effort as management. While I hope this is taken care of in the future, this has happened multiple times, and it is clear this restaurant will never be able to solve this issue.
