Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered a bowl and as the employee (she was wearing black thick rim glasses don’t know if that narrows it down) was scooping guac onto my bowl it fell on the surface and she literally proceeded to pick it up with her hands and put it back onto my actual bowl I stood there surprised and shocked she would do that instead of throwing it away which is what I thought she was going to do. The woman behind me gasped loudly literally and as I told her I didn’t want the bowl anymore she said we clean the surface daily which I understand but you don’t do that does not matter if it’s “clean”

Food was not fresh at all and killed my appetite. Looked like leftovers from previous night. This was on a Thurs afternoon around 1 pm. Chicken was cold, guacamole had some browning, barely any corn salsa left, had to throw the bowl and go to a different chipotle location to satisfy my craving and hunger

I love chipotle, but this location was dirty, ice machine was broken, there was no Diet Coke, and the menu was limited. When I asked about the Diet Coke, I was told it would be fixed and then nothing happened. The fruit that came with my daughter’s lunch was an old gross orange that she tried and ended up spitting out. Waste of time and money.

Just ordered from here through Uber Eats and the food was cold. Almost like they pulled it out of a refrigerator and forgot to heat it up. I'm 10 minutes away from the the store, so delivery would not account for all of the heat dissipating from the food. There is no residual heat whatsoever. Very disappointing. The only reason I'm not putting 1 star is because it still tasted like Chipotle.
