Impressive iced Thai coffee with reasonable low price in a tiny cute store, completely out of our expectation. Another great thing about the store is their customer service, really really friendly and nice. Would like to try their ice cream and other types of drinks for our future visits.

I stopped by Pine Cone today expecting to just see ice cream, and was amazed that they have coffee too! And baked goods! The cappuccino they made for me was top notch, and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. They serve Maple View Farm ice cream (if you've never tried it, it's great and local) and Joe van Gogh coffee (same story here). Talk about an awesome, local business that supports other local businesses. Prices are great and the environment is very cozy. I'll definitely be heading back here for ice cream or coffee on a lazy afternoon. 11/10.

Very small ice cream shop located in Brightleaf Square on Main Street side. Serves ice cream from Maple View Farm in Chapel Hill. Ice cream is very good with a number of flavor options. My personal favorite is the brown butter bourbon or something close to that in name. Friendly service and good prices. Good spot.

The ice cream was delicious! The service could have been better. They had a sign offering free waffle cones, but we didn't notice it till after we had gotten our ice cream and were on the way to check out. We asked if they would still give us the free cone but they said no since we didn't notice the sign before checking out.

First class environment, wonderful customer service. A fresh smell of waffle cones and ice cream, not overwhelming but soothing. Quality coffe with great prices. The location is suitable for single, couples and families.

My favorite ice cream spot in Durham! Great variety of flavors, from the traditional to the more eclectic. Good texture, nice and creamy. And the ice cream isn't overly sweet, as some can be. Good size portions too.

It was hot and I needed a break on my walk. Wandered in after seeing some people pass with ice cream. Was not disappointed. Interesting flavor choices such as oatmeal cookie crunch, praline and and mocha fudge. This place might rival the Parlour and is certainly less busy.
