Chipotle Mexican Grill

I had a coupon for free chips and a side. When I went to redeem my coupon they said that they were out of chips. When I asked what I could get as a replacement for the chips the man behind the counter said you can get nothing to replace them. I said ok and continued on with my order. When I got to the register the lady asked what side I would like with my kids meal, “chips or fruit or wait there’s no chips, you can have fruit”. I said ok and the fruit that I received when I looked in my bag when I got home was a moldy orange.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Ordered a burrito, I get home and the damn thing is wrapped so shoddily it instantly falls apart when I unwrap it PARTIALLY. If I wanted a burrito bowl I would have ordered one. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this location as the food preparers have ZERO idea how to make a burrito. Go to the location at Fordham blvd nearby as at least they can MAKE the food correctly.

This the worst Chipotle in Durham by far. I have had nothing but negative experiences with this location, every time I order from here they get my order wrong. Not only that, the staff is extremely unfriendly. I have tried to give them chance after chance because they are near my house, but I have been disappointed and frustrated every time. Tonight I ordered through the app because the chipotle I usually order from was already closed, so I had no choice but to pick up from here. No surprise, the order was wrong and they gave me not even a half-filled bowl. I give up.
