Felt kind of sick after eating the southern brisket bagel sandwhich. It was very greasy and kind of over flattened. One of the staff members was pleasant but everyone else there seemed miserable and reflected it in all other aspects of there work. Place could us a sign pointing to where to order and pick up the items. Place seemed disorganized.

The bagel was fine. The service was poor. The lady helping me seems annoyed that I walked in the door. I said good morning and that seemed to really get under her skin. I received my food and said have a great day. Of course no eye contact or acknowledgement. I work in restaurants and I get it but you can't treat customers (the people who pay the bills) like they are inconveniencing you by walking in the door.

I love Bruegger’s! I had one less than a mile from my home and I went virtually daily. I didn’t realize it but this store is on my way home from work. I will be stopping by a lot. The bagels are delicious and the staff is very helpful and courteous!

Hours need to be updated - placed a takeout order from a delivery site just to drive to the location and see they are closed on Sunday’s- reading past reviews it seems like this is a continuous issue.
I don’t get it update your hours! Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund when the issue could’ve easily been avoided if hours of operations was updated online and with outside delivery services versus the poorly made printed sign placed on the bottom of the door.

I love their breakfast sandwiches. They are really high quality, though you pay a little extra for the quality. Their bagels are great with cream cheese as well and they sell bakers dozens (13) so that's cool. There's often a line, they work through it quickly, but it's not exactly the speed you'd get in a drive through. Bottom line, if you can, spend an extra dollar, take five extra minutes, skip McDonalds and come here for breakfast.

So came here for a bagel for breakfast and had high hopes for this place due to the reciews... but unfortunately it fell short ...
I orderd their smoked salmon sandwich in a everything bagel ...
Let's just say NYC bagels are this thing for a snack and was still hungry ....
Yeah doesnt even compare to NYC bagels ... the bagel was smaller and the smoked salmon to creme cheese to onions and capers was way off ..
I gave it 3 stars since it's not bad ... but definitely not close to NYC bagels
