Godiva Chocolatier

Can there be anything bad about a CHOCOLATE shop?? I like their variety of pre-picked boxed chocolates and their display of fresh chocolates to design your own box. I went for the super delicious Dark Chocolate Chocolixer and ended up leaving with that, a box of chocolate, and a free piece of chocolate from the display. I think the biggest issue is that it is pretty pricey. The drink was $8 and the box of chocolates (with 6 pieces of chocolate) was $17.00. Luckily I had a $10 birthday reward so I managed to knock things down a little bit. But definitely not a place to go very often.

Love the chocolate covered strawberries and the strawberry and banana on a stick. They prices are a little steep 7 bucks for a strawberry and 8 for the stick. You'll would have a better outcome just going to edibles arrangements or something for more for your bucks. The store is amazingly clean and makes you feel like your actually in a chocolate factory.

Very helpful and positive staff members and the general manager Is usually on site helping you along as well... there were several boxes gifts options as well as handmade designs but nothing tooo complicated that would merit 5 stars but the truffles tasted great and I would recommend atleast trying them out. They also have promotions going on that allows you a free truffle if you spend over 10$ and sign up for their loyalty program..

Nothing sends a Valentine's message like Godiva chocolates. It irritated me when they left their location in Raleigh. They have also downsized the physical shop considerably. The service was alright, but not the exceptional service expected from a premier Chocolatier. So I am a bit remorse. I may return, in spite of my general impression. But I must say, not everyone will seek you out again. Sorry, this is not the Godiva that I remember.
