Mcdonald's

Ordered via the mobile app and waited 22 minutes to be told the person taking orders at the drive through should have asked for my order number. Then waited another 10 minutes and was rudely handed my food with a nasty look. No apology was given for their mistake. Bag and fries were covered in grease. “Large” fry was barely filled up. After all that they didn’t give me the nuggets for my order-smh. I’m not even going to bother call for a refund bc I’ve already wasted enough time and money at this place. If you see this McDonald’s- just keep driving by it- you’ll be better off saving your time and money. I’ve seen it done better. This place was horrible.

I ranked them 3 stars due to here lately if you don't get there before 8-9pm you won't be able to order a frappe because either they don't want to make it or because they have already closed the machine down for the night! When I've worked for restaurants we weren't allowed to close down any machines until after closing time! Also, be sure to double check your order before you leave because they have developed a habit of forgetting items or getting it wrong! Some shifts are awesome and 5 star worthy all day long, unfortunately it's a toss up when you're going to get that shift!

sometimes slow. sometimes wrong order. Dinning room now open. Dec. 17th at 10p.m. i was ignored in drive thru #2. then i expressed that to the lady taking the order and she went from 1 to 100 fast and told me to go somewhere else to eat. And i was called the B-word. my family and i will never go to this Mc D's again.

I asked for fresh fries got to pick up window got home and fries were not fresh. Tried calling to talk to manager but phone just kept ri going no one answered. Fries were stail. People that work at window should not be touching their faces or hair while handling food to give to customers. As I got my so called fresh fries I asked the employee if it was fresh she said yes so I went on my Merry way. Got home and it was not. Soggy no napkins either. Folks need better training.

*Employees purposefully give bad service to upset customers* I sat in line from 8:55 to 9:30 PM. It’s a two-lane ordering system, but they only had one worker taking orders. When we got to the front, finally, 4 separate cars in the other lane had their orders taken before us. When I finally got my food, it was wrong. When I went inside, the woman taking drivethru orders was cackling about how much she was “f*cking with people in the drive through.” To top it off, instead of making my sandwich right, they just gave me a small container of pickles. Don’t ruin your evening going to a place where employees purposely want to ruin your evening.

14 minutes in line for a half a gallon of sweet tea to be told they are out of sweet tea. So I asked, why couldn’t you tell me at the speaker? She says, ma’am we are about to close. I asked for the owners card. We’re don’t have those. We’ll write it down! And they want $15 hour. Fire the chick with pink hair tonight. Complete waste of time. Popeyes had a gallon ready SMH 3.12.22
