Mcdonald's

This would have been 5 stars, but due to one incident, I only gave 3. As I ordered "uh huh" was the response after each item. I actually started doing it back and laughing. When pulled to window to pay a very nice girl took the money. HOWEVER, the manager came running up to her while she was making my change and cursed her out! I mean cursed. It was not cool at all, and highly unprofessional. The same girl was at the second window and asked us to pull up. We spoke to her for a second because what we had witnessed was not ok. We tried to make her night better. Anyway, the two people that carried out the food and drinks were very sweet, could not believe the manager did that tho. Anyway, food was good and quick.

Sat in line for 20 minutes. Over heard at least 10 cars order a good Suze order but decided to cancel due to the milkshake and ice cream machines are down for cleaning. I estimates about 800 dollars easily lost in 20 minutes. I would hate to be the GM or a manager who actually cares. This would eat me up.

I’ve gone to this location quite a few times as it’s the one closest to my house, but after this many chances I can’t keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. My orders are always simple, and yet they’re always made incorrectly and/or sloppily. The coffee is always watered down and has a sour taste (as if the equipment hasn’t been cleaned properly), the burgers are never fresh or prepared correctly (toppings are usually all over the place), etc. There are locations in the area that are a lot better and more consistent, so I’ll probably stick with those. Update (two months later): This would be better closed down. That’s how bad it is and how incompetent the “workers” are.

This MC Donald's does not get no orders right I had ordered a double bacon cheese burger without no mayonnaise but only got a single hamburger nothing on it for all that I could have just fried me a dry single hamburger at home or on days I make big orders and get home and there's things missing from my big orders

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup... Arrived and via app updated that "I'm here"... App responded they are working on the order and should be 5 minutes... Sat for 15 minutes then went inside with mask 😷 on to be yelled at that the inside was closed. Why wasn't the doors locked??? I was told to go thru drive thru that they were not doing curbside either. Why were the signs covered or an update via app??? Drive thru took another 15 minutes. Got my order finally to the T, but nothing extra for my troubles or their poor management and communication. This is not so hard...
