I live close to the area and have kids so I frequently order at this location. The manager (an assumption bc she’s been working there for quite a while) at this location is my reasoning behind only leaving 1 star. A few weeks ago I ordered through the app. When I reached the drive through window the young lady assisting the manager handed her my food. When I received it, it was wrong. After reviewing my receipt she hands it to the manager who seem to be annoyed at the fact that I informed her of my wrong order. She attempts to fix it, putting items in the bag and hands it to me. I drove off with confidence in feeling like my order was right only to get home and realize it was yet again wrong.
Today I ordered again through the app and went through the drive through. I ordered three separate meals. All of which were shoved into one bag by the manager. The manager scoots the bag across the counter to the young lady working the window. The young lady hands me the bag and it is so full as she is handing it to me the bag rips. Thankfully I was able to catch the food before it hit the ground. The manager who watched the entire situation did nothing. The young lady says something to her and she apparently annoyed grabs ONE smaller bag than the first bag and gives it to the young lady. If I have a big bag that was not able to accommodate the number of items I had in the bag what makes you think handing me a smaller bag will be any better. The customer service here from the main workers are fine, I’ve never had an issue with the regular staff. The lady who I assume is the manager is who I don’t care for.

A poorly managed experience at this location. After I placed my order at the drive-thru (a $3 order), their network went down and they were unable to see orders/take payments/etc. Instead of allowing me to pay the cash (which I offered) and even just giving me the $3 of food for the 10 minutes I spent waiting at the window while they tried to resolve the issue, they said they couldn’t do anything and didn’t let me get the food. Poorly managed from a customer experience perspective. Do better.

Why can I never get good service at a McDonald's? Am I asking too much?? I'm not expecting five star, you've crumbed my table type service, but, at least a smile and no attitude when I asked you if the food is hot or if I could have some ketchup!?!
This McDonald's on the corner of 70 and Miami is notorious for bad service and lukewarm food.

Literally watched my bag get handed to the car in front of me and see them open it and hand it back realizing that it isn’t their huge order. I watched the bag sit right at the window and then tried handing it to me. Love the attempt to be double served and then lying to my face that it isn’t my bag when I watched it with my own eyes. Rude as usual as well.

Always forgets to add things to my bag. Never fails that I'm always having to knock on door cause dining room is closed to get the things they forgot to include. They are rude and disrespectful to those who have hearing disabilities. They look at you like you are stupid simply because you can't hear them or asked them to repeat themselves. Just not very quality. Food or employees.

The food wasn't bad after the finally got it right I mean how hard is it to understand 20 piece nugget with ranch and you can forget getting any respect or kindness there not going to happen also they have no ice cream or iced coffee at least that's what we were told maybe you'll have better luck than us. I noted the hours on the door before I walked in to order food. I was refused service by a young lady who said the dining room was closed. If the dining room was closed, then signage reflecting that should have been posted and the door locked. It was only around 8:20, and other people were walking in behind me expecting service as well. And why exactly was there a baby crying behind the counter? We all should know that a fast food environment is no place for a baby! Maybe if other arrangements had been made for the child, then maybe the parent who was working could have been in a better disposition to render service last night. Definitely the worst experience I've had at any McDonalds location.

Horrible. Horrible service horrible horrible horrible. These young people need remedial customer satisfaction training. They're just letting anyone serve now. I didn't even bother to order the remainder of my stuff because they were so confusing and frustrating. Absolutely poor experience.
