—There are better locations in Durham and I should have went elsewhere but I was in the neighborhood.—
Apparently they can’t be bothered to do their job. I’m told this isn’t something the have, the peppermint mocha clearly displayed on the sign.
I placed an order and was told, “that’s Chikfila” and I explained it’s on the sign as an item. No response so I got a photo to show while waiting in line.
Maybe it’s like how the ice cream machine is traditionally broke at fast food joints, idk but I did show the photo to the cashier and got, “Maybe it’s a different location” to which I said that the pic is from this very store. She then says, “We just don’t have it”. -But it’s McDonald’s, what can you expect?🤷🏽♀️

This is one of the most improved business in Durham. The redesign of the interior is remarkable. It is now spacious and bright. The staff inside are very friendly and responsive to those of us who prefer to place an order with a person. The food was warm, delivered quickly and the kids ate it like wild animals. If they've cornered you into a trip to clown town, this is a fine one.

I went to this McDonald's on 5277 N. Roxboro Rd at 4:55 pm on April 12th. The female taking drive thru orders was so rude. I first asked her if she was tired and she got better. I was placing custom orders so yes that does take patients and she had NONE. She kept being sarcastic and rushing me until I gave up and said never mind, I will take my money elsewhere and pulled off.

It's fine other than the vanilla milkshake I ordered ($5) was rancid.. the smell alone should have had the worker think to themselves something is expired or went bad... But nope they let me take it and get home 2find out how disgusting it was... I just threw it away didn't call and complain because if they didn't care while making it, their not going to care if I called. I would not go to this store but the one on Horton & roxboro is tore down... I wish I knew that girl's name that made the milkshake and made her drink it....unless she has no sense of smell, there is no excuse to serve anyone something like that. I treat people as I would want them to treat me , I wonder how mad she would be if I did the same to her.. but I guess I'll take full responsibility in this whole situation, I went to McDonald's.... That's my fault..

The food at this location is typically pretty good and custom orders are usually correct. My only complaint is the staff. I usually see at least one employees underwear do to a lack of dress code enforcement. If your a big mask person you may also be disappointed as usually they are not on correctly by half the staff.

5:35 Tuesday morning may 3rd..they handed me my breakfast ,my two hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag sideways and upside down falling out of the hashbrown bag..they weren't neatly placed in my bag...they were also threw on top of the napkins and all my napkins are real greasy cus of the hashbrowns..I wasn't greeted at the first window,nor told have a good day at the second window...they didn't even speak....then I sat there for her to open the window back on I received my bag and the window was closed without speaking.she opened the window then I asked why is my food thrown all over the bag,and the young female didnt respond,closed the window In my face,didn't apologize, and walked off.smh..I've never ate here before she needs to be fired..I'll be calling the complaint line ..I wasn't mean or rude I asked politely why is my food thrown all over the bag and she closed the window in my face and walked off.I was the first customer this morning there was no line nor any reason for my find to not be neatly in the bag...nor was my bag folded at the top..it was handed to me with the bag top balled up ,presentation -5..and the prices are high..Google says they open at 5 they dnt they open at 530..I decided to wait 15 mins,i dnt normally eat macdonals and had a craving for it.10 Mins out of my way from my path home.VERY disappointed. My bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle was sloppy also...they literally threw my food together and it was only me in line,and one other person in the other line.No reason to rush.The food quality was lame also.Mind you I have food in the house,I didn't have to spend my money there ,and I didn't have to wait to eat there.Customer service/professionalism real bad.Presentstion bad.Prices bad.smh.I just spent 12 dollars.Def won't ever go there again..and iknew they weren't gone be open ,even though Google said they were..lmao I just knew it I swear.smh

I don't go back to places where you wait a long time for your food and then they still give you a raw Burger. Gotta do better people, it's truly.not that hard and I know this because I retired from fast food last year and have done it for 23 years of my life.
