Domino's Pizza

if i could give this place zero stars i would, worst customer service in the world. we called to place an order and when they arrived with our order the garlic knots didn’t even look like garlic knots and on top of that they didn’t even bring us our sprite that we ordered. when we called to get some assistance she didn’t even try to help or even give us credit for the knots or sprite. instead she gave us any excuse for everything we had to say. she gave us an attitude and talked back. she said she was a manager…this the way managers are suppose to act? lol, worst manager ever. her names jasmine, don’t even ask her for help she’s useless and filled with a big ego. the general manager even told us he will give us credit, but we just called to place an order and nothing was under our number. don’t talk to jasmine, or even try to get credit because it won’t happen at this place, all they do is lie.

Cancelled an order and was on hold for 45 minutes, then they never gave me my money back. Once I ordered correctly it took them almost two hours to make ONE pizza (I would understand if they were swamped but it wasn't busy at all). Then it took another 30 minutes for a driver to finally to get to my house, only for them to give me the wrong order. Finally, there was a hair in my food. Service is terrible everytime I've gone. side note: we were going to return the food but the driver had already left, so we decided to eat it because we had already gone through so much of a hassle. Said delivery driver came back two minutes later and told us to give the food back, even after we had already touched it. she had an incredibly rude attitude the whole time and acted as if it were our fault she gave us the wrong order. Also the food we got was almost the exact same as what what was in the cancelled order, so we thought that's what it was before realizing it wasn't at all.

I would give a 0 if I could . Ordered on the app . 4 minutes away . Order was ready at 2:20 pm on 5/8/2022 . Order didn’t leave until 2:34 pm . The order would not have arrived to me until 3:22 pm . That’s an whole hour . And I tipped well . So obviously at 2:50 pm had to make other reservations elsewhere ! They need better staff ! They don’t care nor hold the expectations for Dominoes . They probably just need to shut this location down !

I went to pick up a order and I parked Infront of a door that’s on the side of the store , I just wanted to go in and out since I saw it wasn’t packed or anything & as soon as I walk in the employee told me with a nasty attitude that, that wasn’t my door & that my door was the other one infront and to move from where I was parked because that wasn’t my parking. I didn’t know I couldn’t park there or go thru that door since I thought it was going to be quick due that my order was small so I didn’t think nothing of it. She could’ve spoken to me with politeness, but as soon as she spoke, she spoke to me with straight attitude

This dominos should just be shut down. It’s not even busy and I have been waiting for an hour now when the app says it be ready at 6:51. Just got delivered at 7:04 I even got the free pizza thing because they that slow. Then the lady have the nerve to say your not suppose to be park here blah blah well You was busy when I got there and people start to go but why would I move my car with such tiny parking lot? Ridiculous.
