Wendy's

This store provided the WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Honestly the store doesn't deserve not even 1 star!! I waited in line for 35 mins for the employees to say they were out of burgers, cheese sauce and the shake machine was down! I was told there is no GM for this store to order properly however it became quite clear the employees must of started the closing process early and lied about all the above since I ordered ALL chicken sandwiches and received 2 hamburgers and I watched one of the employees stir cheese sauce but I stir received shredded cheese!! Oh and I can not forget to add there was glitter on my nuggets!! They spoke badly about owner and had zero bedside manors!! I would honestly go hungry before ordering here again!!

This location shouldn’t even be open. I am writing this from the drive through line I am still in 44 minutes later. Sat in front of the comm to order for 15 minutes with no answer. When I finally got to the window two unmasked employees are eating, handling my payment, and packing food all at the same time. Such a gross place do not come here.

Pretty disappointed in my recent trip, went through the drive thru at about 430pm. Got one sandwich and when I was handed the sandwich I thought I heard someone yell something in the back of the restaurant. Didn’t think too much about it. Went on and ate my hamburger. In traffic, the “empty” bag fell over and a rotten citrus fruit rolled out of the bag. Gross and dangerous if anyone has an allergy. Normally I receive very good service at this location. Will probably be stopping at a different Wendy’s going forward.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. From the rude response the moment I pulled up to the moment I drove away without a simple request for condiments fulfilled. Oh and the inside is locked so I cannot even go inside to pick up my condiments. 30+ minutes for cold food ordered via a mobile app Never again!!!! You may need to start from scratch with staffing. Or maybe just the manager needs to rethink how they motivate staff. This has to be the worst Wendy's in Durham.

My husband just picked up dinner from this location… so disappointed!!! Soggy, half cooked fries, not hot and crispy like we are guaranteed. The soda had no carbonation (not exclusive to one specific kind of soda). The burgers were decent and my daughter said the nuggets were good. We definitely won’t be going back to this location.

Just left this location a few minutes ago. Was told there was no ice upfront and was asked if I still wanted the drinks. I agreed because she forgot to mention the drinks would also be FLAT. Was told to pull forward after paying. After 20 minutes she came out with COLD FRIES. No receipt. No ketchup. No napkins. No manners. No nothing. Please go spend your money somewhere else.

This place is astonishing, I can't believe it's not some kind of human behavioral experiment. The other reviews are not lying. I've been several times and more often than not I give up and just go somewhere else. I drive by all the time on errands and have often come back by to see the same cars still waiting to get food.
