Came here today with my friends, amazing staff, the lovely lady who served us was so kind and helpful as she could be with my friends allergy. 10/10!! definitely the best sushi I have ever had, the aburi red dragon roll was unbelievable and everything was presented beautifully. Gorgeous interior and all round amazing. Can’t believe we have never been before as it was that good. Thank you 😊

Delicious 10/10. Best Sushi I've tried outside of Nippon. The food was excellent and the waitress was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back for some more outstanding japanese food ✌️

The food here was delicious - particularly liked the dragon roll which was recommended by the chef as their special - so good! Servers were really friendly and it was a bonus that you could BYOB. Would definitely recommend.

Small restaurant, big on flavor.
Cute little restaurant just outside the city center but definitely worth it. Amazing food, really nice atmosphere and really friendly staff.
Definitely will be returning next time we are in Durham.

Visited Dingswaysushi for my birthday last Thursday. Spectacular food, with charming service. Ordered a stash of dishes which we demolished! Crab tempura, seaweed salad, prawn rolls, Volcano Salmon roll (stunning!), Dragon Prawn roll, Chicken gyozas and a katsu curry. £100 for 4 of us which we thought exceptional value for money. Highly recommended 👌 - we will be back!

Visited as part of a birthday celebration - food on offer was the best we’d all tasted. All of the dishes were phenomenal, but the star of the show was the salmon volcano - absolutely unreal. Small quirky restaurant with exceptional food - PLEASE visit you won’t be disappointed ❤️ x
