Lovely little site looking down on a small beach. The bar was roomy and had a pool table and dart board with lots of comfy seating. Staff were great and totally unfazed by the power cuts.

An amazing campsite.
Great showers.
Brilliant takeaway filled roll breakfast, plus coffee, between 8 & 10am.
The delicious pizzas are must and the bar is fantastic.
Great atmosphere and friendly clientele.
Definitely recommend.

Great location to stay when doing the NC500, the site itself it really nice, and the facilities are good. Loved the breakfast bar the next morning. It was very windy which meant we couldn't put up the pop up roof on our camper van, but that didn't ruin our experience too much. Amazing views, and the pitches are great. The beach looked lovely, although we didn't go on it, but maybe next time.

Very simple but excellent site. Perfect for tents, caravans and Motorhomes. Showers spot on with lovely hot water. Pub next door to site if you wanted to go in. Breakfast coffee/tea and rolls on a morning if you fancied some. Last but not least, fab beach.

A wonderful, warm and friendly welcome from the young man at the front desk despite the fact we hadn’t booked. The views are spectacular and ever changing due to the nature of the weather. Facilities are top notch and immaculate. A very busy site but plenty room for all.

One of the best campsites I’ve stayed in, kids loved it. great facilities, very clean. Amazing views. Bonus points for the wee bar and takeaway food. Must visit place if you’re on NC500

Really great campsite with the most incredible views and a small secluded beach.
Toilet and shower facilities are great and clean. There's sinks to wash your dishes and clean drinking water.
It was also nice and quiet at night - couldn't recommend it enough. They operate a first come first serve policy for tents.

Only pub open in town, we needed to eat supper and got here around 7 pm. The restaurant was closed, but the take out place serves food you can eat in the pub.
The pizza was very good.
The bartenders were efficient but not very friendly.

One of the most beautiful beaches I've been to, you might forget you're in the UK. The golden sand combined with the blue waters was very picturesque and clean. Would have loved to go for a dip but seemed too cold at the time. There are big rocks that are great for climbing, and a great viewpoint to watch the surfers catching waves 🏄♂️

Absolutely loved this place. Been wanting to visit for a long time. It certainly didn't disappoint. A very warm welcome from the staff upon arrival and the facilities were great. I particularly liked the campers kitchen, providing shelter for making food or a cuppa, which is a cool feature if the weather isn't too great. Also the breakfast bar is superb. The pub next to campsite makes great comfort food in the evenings if you can't be bothered cooking.
For me though, the breathtaking scenery and beautiful beaches are well worth the visit alone. I wish I had visited sooner. I will definitely be returning.
